2002年11月，香港理工大學設計學院客席講師，主題 “Multi-dixiplinary Design”

2002年12月，International Telecommunication Union ITU Asia Conference 發表演說，主題 “IP Multimedia – Application that will change the world”

2003年 3 月香港城市大學創意媒體學院發表演講，主題為 “Designing the Future World – The work of James Law Cybertecture International。

2004年9月 - 科建國際有限公司首席 Cybertect 及主席羅發禮認為Cybertecture概念就是中國以至全球建築設計的未來。科建國際總部設於香港，為遍佈全球客戶提供建築設計的顧問服務，並厘定 Cybertecture 工程的策略。
